Problems that need to be paid attention to when transporting liquefied gas tanks

       The liquefied gas tank is a disposable or refillable mobile pressure vessel with different pressures, different volumes, different structures and different materials for storing and transporting permanent gas, liquefied gas and dissolved gas. So you need to pay attention to the following points when shipping:

　　 1. The means of transportation must be safe and reliable.

　　2. The liquefied gas tank must be worn with a cap, a shock-proof ring, and lightly loaded and unloaded. It is strictly forbidden to throw, slip, roll, or touch.

　　 3. When hoisting, it is strictly forbidden to use electromagnetic crane and metal chain rope.

　　4. Gas cylinders in which the gas in the liquefied gas tanks contact with each other can cause combustion and produce poisons. They cannot be transported in the same compartment. Flammable and corrosive items or items that chemically react with the gas in the cylinder cannot be transported together.

　　5. When transporting by vehicle, the liquefied gas tank should be properly fixed. When placed vertically, the height of the carriage should be more than two-thirds of the bottle height. When lying down, the valve end of the bottle should face the other direction.

　　 6. If it is transported in summer, there should be shading facilities to avoid exposure to the sun. Daytime transport should be avoided in areas with a lot of traffic in the city.

The filling and use of liquefied gas tanks is relatively common in the chemical industry. There are very strict regulations on its use and management, which need to be followed by operators, whether it is the safety inspection before use or the environmental requirements during use. It can be used only if the conditions are met.
